Hi kkr.2k6, again as at the time of IP... we are in the same boat once more... my med line was added on 5th March too and DD wasn't yet encashed until Monday at least... I'll be checking again tomorrow... (Baba Canadestin says I could receive mine by Saturday, 10th March :D )

I received the requests in the same fashion (on Feb 6)... I don't think you need to worry about the medical forms at all... They have recently changed the pattern (may be so as to avoid sending too many attachments in an email)... Now they send only those 4 that you have got... I know of one or...
