@Diplo im an inland applicant..can u please share me the link of a third party? i cant request directly on ATIP because it says if you're not pr or canadian citizen you're not eligible to request, and i dont have relatives here in canada though.

Does VO ottawa sends MR to november applicants at present? or 2nd line update in ECAS? does it take more than 60 days now of sending MR from PER?
