I know, this must be stressing. If you have a copy of your application forms check if there were any gaps between the dates of declaration. You need to declare everything for the last ten years or from the age of 18 which ever is recent. Like where all the applicant lived, worked or travelled in...

Oh! PCC is valid only for one year. Check when was your last PCC done and if it's more than a year or even close? I guess that must be the reason that they are asking for it again.
