As I see from this group, it takes minimum one year from the date of receipt of application for Mississauga applicants to receive Test Invite ? Is that true?

No I have not got the test. I am in Mississauga, and it seems it may be another few months for the test. If I inform them Will IRCC delay my processing let me come back for a few days just to appear in the test

Hi, I have not received the book Discover Canada in mail because I changed my address. I did inform authorities about change of address . Should I email them on web form and ask for the book on my new address??
