1- you can't transfer your file to Cairo, if you want that you have to re-apply again to Nova Scotia. 2- Did you tell them in the letter you sent that you want to transfer your file to Cairo?

masem, I am totally with you, however I still didn't send my documents to Cairo office. my case is not like you because you already have the second AOR from Cairo Office. I believe that if I join you they will claim that they have not my file there. What do you think brother???

I am living in Saudi. Yes, you have to open an account or find a friend who already has account there to create your bank draft.

I am in Saudi, you can open account in SAMBA or SAAB then get your bank draft, however by SAMBA draft you can't follow your draft even if CIC cashed. You should ask SAAB bank if you can follow your draft, try it.
