Same. I just wish I applied for it a couple of months ago but then I never lived there for 12 consecutive months. I mean I studied there but never remained more than 4 months per period so I thought they'd never ask for it.

Oh so basically CBSA notes are only useful during the refugee claim, however, GCMS notes from IRCC are applicable for the PR process specifically. But what's the difference between the 2 interms of the information they can tell you?

Many thanks for the response. Have you tried ordering CBSA notes before and were they useful in making you understand how far you are in the process?

Can anyone advise me on where I should request GCMS notes? What's the best place? Someone mentioned that they've ordered theirs from CBSA instead of the IRCC since they're more detailed?

You apply for it online. It's called Certificate of Good Conduct. Here's the website: http://www.kln.gov.my/web/guest/online or https://ekonsular.kln.gov.my/ You need to have lived in Malaysia for 12 consecutive months though

PR application December 2019 applicants or after that

60 Days?????????????? So it's no longer 35 days? That's too long. I was hoping to request them next month so it would be 2 month since they started processing my application (December 2020). But if I apply next month, when I get them it would be 4 month or longer since processing started.
