I never renew my expired CSQ. I just decided to live in ontario province. So they didnt need the CSQ

I had expired CSQ They still gave me the CoPR. I am in Canada right now. They (immigration in aeroport) told me you need to renew the CSQ when you will apply for health card and when you register kids at school if you decide to live in Quebec. So I just moved to Toronto and I never renew my CSQ.
