Hi Guys, I have been living in Canada for the last 4 years as a PR and don't have any family here. Does anyone know if I am able to sponsor my cousin? I do have a living mother, brother and grandmother in India but they do not wish to one here.

Is the visa office holding your passport for all this while as well?

true. their responses are truely pathetic. I sent one csq in august & they responded in Dec saying that would not be able to issue any visas until the new year. Sent another one in Jan 2013 & Feb 2013, haven't heard from them disorganised people as yet. Guess i have to wait another 6 months...

over 8 months since passport submission & 4 weeks away from completing 3 yrs. ndvo & cic are both draining me *sigh*

for some reason, this is the case when they are doing a background check. so we just have to wait it out.
