Not necessarily. For some dito sa forum, nag-update lang status nila when their e-cas turned into decision made. There are a lot of cases na nauuna pa nila mareceive PPR bago pa mag update e-cas. Try to back read nlng sa thread na ito. I think this delay is normal. So don't worry. Dadating din...
