You have two option... 1. You can send the signed form to add in your original application but there is no guarantee that it will be added....its on your luck... 2. Arrange another IELTS & WES copy and Send your file again as your application will be return by CIC...

Did you sent any email to cic to know about status of your application??? Or you got direct email from cic for rejection?????

Sorry to hear about returning your file.... You can approach to WES for correction in your report as per FSWP requirement. Can you tell us that Did got your application returned in India???? This information can be usefull for other forum members who are waiting for their turn... :) :) :)...
