So after 2 Years 5 Months and 15 days, finally got the passport back with visa stamped today. PPR 1 - Jun 13 PPR 2 - Jun 25 Passport back with visa July 3 Wish everyone good luck with their process. Keep the patience going.

Alhamdolillah got PPR 2 few minutes back. Got PPR 1 on 13th of Jun 2014.

Your best bet would be KLM, Emirates, or Cathay Pacific.

To my knowledge, pakistani citizens having valid visas for US or Canada do not need a transit visa to stay at the airport for transit at London, Frankfurt or Amsterdam. You can double check on consulate website for these countries in Pakistan or the respective airport websites.
