Dear all, My case is refused on the basis of NOC duties mismatch. I can get new letter from employer. But will visa officer will consider new proof for reconsideration. Or he will insist for only documents which were present at the time of decision?

Can you pls provide the procedure how they applied for reconsideration. did they provide new proof or they just mention any mistake? Or did they provide new experience certificate?

This is the question on which I am still researching from seniors that how we can send new experience letter.

date is 25th April 2012. they have also sent me educational degrees back. Can I send email only to program manager with scanned copy of new employer letter. Or I should send postal letter along with educational degrees again. please suggest
