It has never said "in process", even when CIC said our background check was starting and we passed medicals. ECAS never changed from the first line of when application was received, until today when it went straight to DM

If your stuff has been sent to the VO, I would email them and double check that they have your stuff. If you have been sent to VO, then likely they have everything as I don't think you move past Mississauga until Schedule A is attached. If you have never received an email saying your stuff was...
