Please Zouk Princesse, do POS send passport request by email or by post office mail?. Has any one received passport request by email and post officed mail?. I am just curious . I prefare email because it is faster.

yes there is a time limit. It expires after 3 years from the date of issue. but you have to apply for permanent residence visa within one year from the date of issue and You must obtain your permanent residence visa, travel to Quebec before 3yrs from date of issue.

I agree with you Bim2cdn, so many people waiting on POS. i hope they turns things faster this time around. It is really hard to wait for months without any responds from them but we have to take it that way.I hope they move in to this new month with more decisions made. Wish everyone a nice time.

True POS have been sleeping . I doubt if this is intentional or because they are understaffed. They just keep guys anxious and waiting for months. I do not know what one can do to push them to work. Well , I hope every one will have a response from them no matter how long it takes. GOD bless...

PQ will not change Quebec , they will be voted out before they do any damage . Most of the Quebecers are not supporting their ideas. It is a shame the want to be alone . Very few with stand for separation .

It depends on the consulate officer processing your file. It is possible but you may get a visa without taking any. If they are convinced by the documents you present, they will not call you up for interview. If they have doubts they will call you for interview.
