I dont know what is happening. I was advised by my consultant to send a return envelope by fedex so I did. Most people in the forum seem to have 'not' sent a return prepaid courier and are awaiting some kind of a 'package' to be sent by the LVO to the nearest CHC. How on earth do they actually...
