My request was received my FBI on March 13. Credit card payment was initiative by FBI on May 3. So 51 days for my case.

I submitted mine on Mar 15. It changed to 'assessment' on Apr 14, then ' decision in progress' on Apr 21. My assumption is that the 'status' you see from the One Key portal does not reflect on real time what is being done at the background.

again you don't need these numbers. Just try a few times on the OINP link. It will eventually take you to where you can create an OINP application. It's not the most user friendly site. That's for sure.

What it says is that you don't need to request anything from from OINP to start the process. Just follow the instruction released on Feb 22nd - go to the one-key site, set up your account, and create you OINP application. Once a new OINP application is created, you have 14 calendar days to...

A trivial follow-up on this - do I need to trigger the refund or WES will automatically refund it back to me? When making the order I specifically selected the option of 'Do NOT send me a copy'.
