New year with new hopes in 2010 we applied and were expecting it to be done in 8 to 10 months hopefully 2012 will bring good news for us

even after 386 days of submission of full documents status is RVBO :-X

I send documents to London for addition in my family i.e. birth of daughter in 1st wk of September along with my Husbands Credit Card form payment of 150 $. till today no fee is deducted from authorities. how can i get status of addtion of family ?

:-\ no changes in e-cas even after completion of one year it shows RVBO now a days ppl who send their full documents in Sep- DEC 2009 are getting Visas.

??? 366 days gone after submission of full documents :-X i am planning to write email regarding my case as almost 8 months are gone after getting 2nd aor :-\ hopefully they will reply me the same >:( others are getting

where are you guys keep it alive any udates from any one?

visa validity is based on the medical expiry date normally it takes 3-6 months for getting visa after medicals and the CHC validate the visa accordingly

Congrats.. seems that now CIC are working on 2007 cases only this will definately reduce the back log

waiting is very tough 10 months are gone after submittion of full documnets hopefully we will get some good news in first quarter of 2012

no need to move funds back to normal account because National Saving scheme (regular Income certificate ) is considered to be liquid funds. and visa office need the same i also submitted my full documents and for POF i submitted a letter from National savings that she is maintaining account of ***
