Yes, you need police certificate from: - home - all other countries where you stayed more than 6 months in total (i.e., for example, 2 visits to some country 3 months each --> 2x3=6 - needs also a police certificate). Canadian one is not needed unless they request anything additionally.

Make sure you did not leave any gaps. It looks like you are missing something.

However, in the name of your thread you state the the spouse is not accompanying. So is the spouse accompanying or not accompanying?

If your friend is primary applicant, all other accompanying family members will be displayed as dependents. At least for me and my husband, we have different Client IDs. I think it's normal.

They requested Schedule A - imm 5669 for my husband. We think it might happen because we answered Yes to one of the statutory questions (was refused in visa). We provided supporting documents and Letter of Explanation along with Schedule A - imm 5669.

Only one person received as far as I know, but it’s more an exception. January and February are still receiving PPRs.
