I read in the post that, new quota starts from November for 2018, I thought it starts from Jan-dec for every year. how much of that is true?

where can I state that my wife is not accompanying. When creating the profile, it asks for just married or not.

I received my ECA report today, about 15 min ago.

They did not say it's holiday, but it is obvious that there is some delay. I have observed in the forum that a lot of people received their report at least a day before the deadline. I hope they release the reports as soon as possible, God willing.

I called WES today and the answer from the agent was disheartening. She said to me that "the due date" is just a proposed time and there is no guarantee that the report will be available that day itself. She asked me to wait for a week.

Did anyone who was given oct 6th as deadline receive their WES report. I did not receive it yet. When I contacted WES they said they have a system maintenance. Did anyone else get a similar reply from?
