I think there's a delay because even after I passed the medical last March there's still no update anymore until now. They sent me a request last Feb. and I finished all the test by Feb.25 then by March 26th the status on gckey changed into medical passed.

So I called the CIC earlier about the biometrics cuz as what the website says all the applications received in Dec.3, 2019 onwards will have to give their biometrics but mine was received in Oct.10,2019 and have paid that biometrics fee already. I was asking if I could get a possible refund but...
