Hello Joy, On the AINP form it depends on program your Express Entry was eligible for, choose what corresponds with your EE program that you are eligible for and as for the generic form 0008 choose the provincial nomination if you receive the provincial interest letter of which I'm guessing you did.

Thank you Pjoshi2789, but I think I just screwed up big time. I mixed up the dates of my marital status so I emailed them telling them and explaining the situation to them but I read somewhere that that could make them reject my application or even ban me from applying. So I’m kinda scared now.
