    Longer than 1 year

He is from Algeria, he was exempted from military service. The extended security check might be because he traveled a lot but it’s pure speculation on our part.

    Longer than 1 year

We are February 21, 2018 applicants. There is no sign that our application will be completed soon. Eligibility (10/2018) and criminality (01/2019) are passed but the background check has been ongoing since January 16. We are stuck in security screening, my mp told me to contact them if we...

Gay marriage will be legal in Costa Rica on May 26,2020 at the latest. Ref: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBT_rights_in_Costa_Rica I think it will be hard to justify how you qualify as conjugal partners since homosexuality is not outright outlawed or criminalised (like in Iran). They also...

    Family Migration

I’d choose another subforum as I doubt you’re eligible for spousal sponsorship. There are many options but most of us are not familiar with them.

I haven't received an update in 11 months. Anything we can do?

Sometimes it’s just easier to call, my Mp takes a lot of time filtering through his emails.
