Doesnt HK Office look at applications based on a first come first serve basis? Does anyone have an insight into this? I have already wrote to my MP asking about this, so hopefully he will respond soon.

You should request GCMS immediately. I just dont understand how they decide to choose and pick which files to look at first. Shouldnt it be a first come first serve basis?

Hi all, I have a question regarding conditional permanent residence. I'm a Canadian Citizen and my wife is being sponsored by me as a permanent residence. Assuming she arrives in Canada, and we live together for 1 year, and decide to move to another country to live together for a year or two...

I sent in a late police reference check via courier to the Mississauga office. Is there a way i can check they put it together with my application package that was sent 2 weeks ago? Thanks!
