NOV 4，2015 appliant with spouse～Background check changed from "Not Needed at this time" to "In Progress" today. Excited to see cic is moving~ ;D

I called CIC this morning, the lady said the call center cannot do anything to help :( I did the same to CSE early September. And the nurse told me the same. I am gonna upload to CSE again tonight and wait for at most two weeks and if still no show up on cic account I think I need to Do the ME...

I called the doctor this morning, and I was told they cannot do anything once they submitted the first time. They asked me to call cic...could you please let me know if your issue got solved. Thank you
