Same here, one of my friends sent his papers 5 months after me, he got his PPR last week (happy for him but so frustrated) :(

I asked if I need to book another appointment with the doctor because I live in a small city and it takes like 2 weeks to get one. She said was no need for now and I need to wait to the agent working on my case. If I have no news I will call again next Wednesday. But feeling a lot better after this!

I just called to CIC this morning, my security was passed a few days ago. I also called last week they told me my security was no started yet. (?) The agent said my case is in the final review. I want to think that I will have my PR in the next days! NP Applicant with 1 dependent

We have a similar timeline, my medicals also will expire tomorrow. I will call them in the morning to know if they are working on my case

One of my friends was banned for 5 years for lying in his job experience. Don't lie the risk is too high, you can apply to EE and this is a short process to get the PPR

Thanks I used this option in the past, but yesterday I called again and after waiting 30 minutes they transferred me to other agent because I choose the incorrect option from the menu -.- after waiting another 30 min I hanged up, will try again today

When you call to immigration to speak with one agent what options do you choose from the main menu? Thanks
