Hello Mike, The bank draft is cashed only when the decision made status is updated. I got another mail from them that they will courier our passports this week. So, I think after making decision they sent the passports for stamping visa stickers and thats y it takes 1 week more after decision...

Thanks Mike and You can check with bank if you have copy of draft which you sent for Right of Landing fee, because as soon as your case approved they will cash this draft. So, you will get idea that u r done.

Decision Made in my case and I have checked with Bank about my draft for Right of landing fee and it is paid off.... so it means Decision is positive. :D :)
