There is no certainity that a ghost update is followed by PPR. It is just a theory. I have very strong feeling you will get your PPR today or tomorrow. From what i noticed, PPR email comes on the day of second ghost update. Again, just a theory. But, sending positive vibes your way girl.

Hey mate, Congrats. It is my understanding that the online account doesn't always update straight away. If you are in Canada, you should be able to get your passport back pretty fast. If you are changing address, make sure CIC knows about it. I think the PPR email details how to contact them...
