I looked up my client id from my Citizenship application, I don't think it has a hyphen, but that is the format I followed. You can try. Or may be your file is not updated yet.

Are you putting the hyphen when entering the Client id, I know I wasn't, and I couldn't see anything, till I clicked on the help link and saw the format.

Hello Everyone, Why do we need to put the barcode pages at the top, shouldn't it stay with the respective form in the page order, like for IMM1344 its page 8 of 8?? Please advice. It doesn't say on the checklist to put the barcode pages in any other order specifically?

Can I use some other document to show my relationship to my parents, school certificates instead of a Birth Certificate?
