182 days since PER. No update. Ordered GCMS/CAIP notes through a Canadian friend. God help us all.

Applied for GCMS/CAIP notes yesterday through a friend in Canada. He gave only his address (no PR card copy was uploaded) in the online form alongwith my consent form. Just wondering if he was supposed to provide a copy of his PR card with the request. regards,
