When I asked them thru webform in April, they said that they transferred my file to Ottawa. But when I spoke with the call centre last week, they said that it's in Sydney. So I'm not sure where my file really is.

Hi @pemyrie the last time I spoke with the call centre agent (whis was last week), they said that only security has not been initiated. I'm assuming that they are processing it but not changing the "not started" status. Based on my GCMS notes, eligibility and criminality have already been passed...

Thank you very much @pemyrie and congratulations! Exactly! Better to have valid permit than to be in implied status. Based on the client support rep, my eligibility and criminality are already passed since end of April, and I guess that's the reason of the faster BOWP processing.
