Are they transferring GTA files to Toronto and Scarborough ? I can see Toronto and Scarborough offices have picked up some speed but Mississauga and Brampton are still not moving.

If they have studied in Canada and have the transcript as well then they are good. No need for any further certificates.

Baby will be Canadian ... get him/her registered and apply for citizenship certificate via Canadian embassy immediately after birth.

If you were physically present in Canada for 3 out of 5 years and filed your taxes as well then dont worry .... No ... it has no effect at all on your citizenship.
