Just saw from August Applicants Forum an Indian applicant with NOC 1212, application rec'd Aug27, PER rec'd Dec 18, New Delhi VO already updated his ECAS 2nd line. We have the same timeline and I hope my MR is already on its way too. Lord Jesus I trust in You!!!

At the current pacing at CEM looks like it takes 112 days ave. timeline to receive MR after PER. And after CEM receives your medical it will take additional 30 days for DM / PPR.

I guess after PER, all docs forwarded to CEM each applicants will receive his/her own timeline. The local VO will check each applicant's docs depending on its authenticity and substance (ex. working in top 1,000 corporations, graduate of reputable schools, etc.) I guess mas madali sa kanila mag...

This is only my own interpretation re. PER timeline I you will analyze the global s.s. The ave num of days CIO releases PER is between 112 to 120 days for manila applicants. Just be patient! God's promise never fails. Don't worry you PER will arrive anytime. God is good all the time!
