Hello everybody! I just landed today in Vancouver office. The officer advised me not to travel anywhere before getting the PR Card. We got the landing appointment 1 week after the DM :)))))

may i asked what type of question i will be asked during the landing interview ?

I didn't get AIP, however, I got a letter from cic asking for additional proof of me and my wife relationship, the deadline of submitting that was on 20 May, we waited 8 weeks just to get DM

I'm filing my application with a lawyer, he said that cic have everything in their hand. but still, i check my ecas, it didnt updated the status if cic receive the additional documents... :(

Hello everyone, I received a letter from cic that i need to send them Proof of cohabitation on 20 April 2016, i sent those docs 2 after i received the email, and the deadline was supposed to be on the 20 May 2016. Until now we heard absolutely nothing from cic which is about 2 months already...

How long did it take for cic contact you after you submitted the first proof of your relationship? in my case i have been waiting about 5 weeks already, stilll have no response :( i am so worried

TWICE???? THAT'S INSANE. I'm assuming all the documents that you send at the first time is not enough? may i know what kind of documents did you send for the second time ?

Is there any chances that cic will ask for interview after asking for the additional proof of relationship? in my case it's been almost 30 days after the deadline already, but i still heard nothing from cic, i am so worried. One of my family's friend they got back from cic 30 days after the day...

Question regarding the proof of payment, is that the $1040 fee that being paid to cic? what if we lost that receipt ?
