Can I still land if I have travelling plans and planned to land when coming back to Canada?

My tracker got activated yesterday evening at 19.00 and has already reached Brampton.. Expecting to receive it in hand today EOD.. PP reached Ottawa Oct 31.. Good luck !! :)

Not for me.. I can check my Trracking number in Canada post website and it shows fine. Anyone else's PP was received by a person named Yves? Or am I the only one?

my Fiancee landed on August 23rd and she is still waiting for her PR Card... She called CIC today and they informed her that her file is under review and Etobicoke Local office will call her.. Is any one else in the same situation? Does anyone know what this means??
