As discussed before several times on the forum no one know the real metrics and criteria of their selection However in my own opinion its a combination of Age,NOC,CRS and other small factors like languages and Canadian ties... Be patient and hopefully when they start distributing NOI's again...

They have 60 days limit all in all...yes u can b frustrated..yes u can b on ur edge...but sending mail 2 them b4 the 2 month limit wont really speed it up...on the contrary may b it will delay it..or will cause more frustration if they replied in a robotic way...i stayed in submitted status for...

Its my decision 2 b honest...i thought full time as a phrase is enough...my HR dont issue JD or full time phrase in the first place with their official standard letters... so i consumed huge time to conv. Them 2 do it...then now i returned 2 them to add the hours although full time phrase have...

Guys ... Just an update: 1)I was requested ADR yesterday as discussed before for adding the # of hrs in my Last work reference letter 2)Replied that "Full time Job " was mentioned clearly in the Letter and indicated were it was placed and that this is having a standard # of hrs associated...

Yeah that is What i was exactly talking about earlier...They will have a deadline for being "so nice" after which they will return to follow the book exactly without much flexibility which may lead to rejections,although Luna's case is beyond that even and its a very strange case .. ...anyways...

Guys...did you mention exact # of hrs in ur work ref. Letters ? Or the key word "full time" is enough?

What i know that" full time job" means certain # of hours...there is a standard worldwide 4 associated # of hrs.... which is 40 hrs/week...and around 1500 per year Exact # of hrs r needed if its not mentioned as full time job...to find associated equivalent.. . Did all of u guys out here...

Bro...the ref. Letter is stamped on the company's letter head...that got all company' details including contact ...its also signed by HR manager I Also attached 1 yr bank statements and contract Yet the OINP comment was in stating # of hrs...although it was written that its a full time job
