Yes is only when they ask for it... but for mexicans in Mexico is easy it tales only 10 days, the problem is for the ppl outside Mexico, cus we have to send the fingerprints and everything to the canadian embassy in Mexico and is causing tons of delays, ppl said is taking like 5 to 6 months and...
