Hey Raj, It is true that the medical forms are received for the individual family members. But this is as per my knowledge. I received my meds in October...the DMP does the medicals and fills the forms for each individual family member separately. Over to the seniors for proper guidance...

Hey Loorey, The absence of the line inside is absolutely fine as there was no line added after medicals received line in my case too. My address has come back after 27th January as Toronto, Ontario which is the POE. Ur pps must b on their way..gud luck.... Thanks & Regards, Pinakini.

Hey Loorey, The same things happened to me. My RPRF request ws dtd 11.10.2011. It arrived with the old fee schedule. Hwever the draft ws returned & reached on 13.02.2012. I resent a draft on 15.02.2012 for the revised amount and it gt encashed on 22.02.2012. E-cas is DM on 01.03.2012...
