My application processing time ends on May 26,2020. AOR on nov 27,2020. Called CIC two weeks ago, they said waiting for final review. what should I do? should I fill web form or call them again for any update? if I fill web form, then what would be UCI number?

I submitted my application on nov 27 and yesterday I called cic, agent said everything is done only waiting for other officer to review the file. Only 10 days left for processing time to end. Any idea, how long it will take?
