Hi guys!! Can i ask anyone since i got my owp im planning to go back home for vacation actually i already booked a ticket..my quetion is do you think i will be given a trv cause i dont have employer ..pls give me some info.thanks!

@shelleon:it not necessarily mean that you'll canada you have to renew your owp..

@shelleon:im from toronto..i got 2 letters from cic one is the owp and another is memo stating how long youll remain in canada(it is based on the expiration of your passport) and its says there 3 moths upon receiving this letter your dependant will receive a letter from cic i think thats the lc2...

@ebonyivory:sorry bout that..my owp was valid til sept 16,2014...i think they based it on the expiration of my passport

thanks ebony ivory!!! it took 18 months and 9 days for my owp.. i got 2 letters today from cic one is my owp and the other one was a letter stating that after 3months upon receiving it my dependant will receive the application i think thats the lc2 and then another 3 mos for the medical ..it...

@roxaida: i didnt receive any call from the immigration to interview me i only found out bout my owp when i checked my ecas but until now i dont have the letter of my owp on mail

@daneegirl:im here in toronto... Anyone whose dependant got LC2kit does your husband or dependant need to submit birth cert? Is it one of the requirements? Pls need your answer..thanks!
