Unfortunately NO you do not get any kinda work permit based on your AINP file number. After getting nomination cert. you can apply for closed WP based on your nomination and job offer. and after you applied to CIC under PNP and when u get AOR for tht then you can get BOWP. i m sorry to say but...

amen!!!!....tired of this nomination thing...already finish 1year mark..second is going...seems like everybody is important but we PGWP ppl..who care our WP expires,who care about the hell we go through...tired of being treated like some sub standard human being...its like nobody is listing...

most of the cases they require us to work for same employer in alberta so they can call and verify tht easily.. so most of the of the cases are straight forward i think...it just how they process and who they process is alws a guessing game..

just update ur file saying u got new LMIA with last file number they provide u.. if i were u i wouldnt even bother going to AINP..if i had +LMIA i would go straight through EE...AINP slow and very uncertain and there is no trasparency atall....go with EE u will surely get ITA withing couple of...

did you withdraw ur previous application or not..if not then do it...just update application with noc 0... tht is funny they give file number twice in 2 months...i wonder how many files like tht in system..

was he under employer driver international student stream or SRS post graduate stream?? b/c ppl under EDS from december still waiting...dont tell me he was under EDS and march applicant and still got it before all those ppl..if tht is the case then we are screwed big time..

agreed... once you have file number theywill process applications rather than just tossing into garbage... accepted or denied its a different thing..they will call u when they process ur file but it will be better u update ur documents right now..fax them ur updated WP.write ur file number and...

we dont know who is gonna get new WP at a same time they are not even moving any nomination..havent heard anyone got nomination for last 3 weeks.not even a phone to employers...gosh...and for some mysterious reason quota of nomination is disappearing each day we pass... i think ANIP ppl...
