Its not wise to cancel the old application and start a new one. First of all its a waste of money and what is the guarantee that we will be processed again within 5 to 6 months and receive PPR. What if we wait for 5 to six months like this and receive the PPR that way without wasting the fee.

Get ready for as much documents/proof as you can to satisfy the visa officer, he/she just wanted to know if you really worked because of lack of documentation support. Most of the time, if you are telling the truth, you will be given PPR.
