I think if each province have there own office and 5000 applications split between all the provinces according to population, that will resolve this problem little bit and people from outside mississauga has better chance also.

Hi guys, I think everybody just stop worrying now about what time there package reached, calculate timing , what rate they process, couriers fault, all these things not gona do anything now . Its better to discuss how to make this process more viable for next year 2017. Thanks
