Undertaking has got nothing to do with timeline, it is the time period during which you should support your spouse and if he/she go on social m you have to pay for it. And everyone is concern by same undertaking no mater their county of origin or VO.

It mean you are yourself not PR yet ? under which program you are applying ? and by the way you are in wrong section, this is for Spouse/family sponsership section you yourself aren't yet PR. Also the timeline vary alot (huge difference) depending on your country of origin.

I am sorry to say but I totally disagree with you. 1- First Pakistan in 2009 was same even worst then what it is today but the immigration process use to take 6-8 months. 2- If you order GCM notes you will see that for more then a year out files just sit and take dust and no work is done...
