It could be that or just a typo 22/5 instead of 02/5

I had signed all my forms and put the date as 30 April 2014. Would that be considered as an old application ,though it reached CIO on 7 may 2014 ? And was there a difference between the 2013 and 2014 forms ?

Well , Its been 23 days and not a single application been processed/accepted. The cic site still shows 0 applications received. Any wild guess on application processing start date ? :) :)
