Yes I have sent my PP along with remedical receipt and cover letter almost three months ago. My Ecas status is also In process from beginning. It never changes nor they update medical on that even though they get that. The reason for this is our files are not converted to Electronic file they...

They use TCS only to return PASSPORTS ( Cash on delivery). Did your Ecas Changed to decision made ??

For Technology and Engineering Seneca is better for sure. But I have no idea regarding language ones. Residency rules for collages are quite relaxed plus fee not that high that can be covered from Government portion of OSAP only.( For which your husband don't need to spend one year ).

What I understood you are asking weather your husband can get OSAP or not. Strictly speaking when I searched that I found for OSAP you have to be a resident of Ontario for atleast one year but there are exemptions for which each institute has different criteria. So you need to contact there...

MASAALLAH thats wonderfull. It would take around a week to month for your husband to get PPR. You can check timelines of Resham and Rabiariz :)
