blood relation is not necessary, an affidavit from your side is necessary. the person who is pursuing the process has to give evidence that you are out of the country.the process is simple, the pcc will be delivered to the given address within ten days. take photographs, your passport copy, id...

your application will be considered incomplete and will be returned, check your NOC cap, if its near to cap then don't waste the time prepare another application and send it, your previous application will be returned after a long time.
