so I went to the physician and my xrays shows a small nodule in lung and they want the prognosis . management as well to test me for TB. Went for CT scan last Oct 14 and they found out that this nodule is around 0.5 x 0.7 cm (5mm x 7mm) , seems to grow in size since my last CRT in 2014 , 3 yrs...

Hi, Your letter needs to be detailed I guess. The roles and responsibilities are a way to measure if you are qualified on a certain NOC code....To be honest, I dont understand why some HR are not providing those details...Good luck, hope everything will be fine.

Although I have a copy of all that, I just included payslips for the first month I joined...and then succeeding payslips for every year which includes months of January and December , until the last month before I received my NOI. I used preview in MAC to combine all payslips into one file.
