Okay that make sense now! Coz my app was received on 24 January and they asked for additional documents on 12th of may which i have submiited on 24th april ! after that nothing ! Hopefully i get something by the end of this week!

I just checked my Gckey, when you go to submitted documents at the top status changed to replacement overdue from replacement needed..is it ghost update ?? or just the CIC agent haven't touched my application since they sent out additional documents request? its been a month since, I got any...

you need to attached your paper application to the online app dont worry, unless it has number and date,you are fine.

Check your Gckey, theres suppose to be the biometric number? if there is then dont worry ! I been getting wired emails from them before.. Later found out, there was the system error ! If not then call the VFS office to find out!

Hello everyone, past few weeks my Gckey was saying "we have received the documents you provided" and guess what today i checked again and status changed again to "we need additional doucments" Wtf is going on ?

I know, but they asked the written description of the content in the back of photographs so I thought sending thru the mail would be earlier option . Btw, I just sent the email with all other requested documents tho but did not include the photos !!
