    Yes I've read many different wait times, specifically for out land from the United States. I've read anything from 2.5 months, to 4, to 6, to 8 and the CIC website currently says 17. We'll see. We're staying positive. Thank you and good luck to you too!

    Hello I live in the US and can't find a bank that can make a money order in CAD. Need to send it in with the family sponsorship application. But they did tell me they can make a 'foreign currency bank draft.' does anyone know if this is an accepted form of payment for the CIC?
