I don't think you have to. If you read the email carefully you'll see that one of the field is " Application number:" If you put in the application number over there, it doesn't matter whether subject contains it or not. Let's wait for others to chime in...

Please don't panic. IRCC is not picking up applications based on AORs. Its a very random process but rest assured, you will get to hear very soon There's quite a lot of movement going on in the last 3 weeks

Nope. Your PR application is already approved and you've received the COPR, albeit expired now. The only IRCC will ask from you is....time :D
